We are currently experiencing an outage affecting mobile access to our services. Our team is actively investigating to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

Noticed Issues:
- Technicians are unable to view their assigned calls.
- Users in certain regions are experiencing issues logging in to the mobile platform.
- Attempts to clear the cache and log in have been unsuccessful, with no data packets being received.
