Work is planned to Upgrade ServiceBroker to version 5.24.0.1.

This work will temporarily affect all inbound and outbound traffic flowing through ServiceBroker. As a result, the following ServicePower products will experience service interruptions:

• ServiceScheduling Classic Gantt will be available, but integration through ServiceBroker will be temporarily unavailable.
• ServiceScheduling Web Gantt will experience interruptions.
• ServicePortal will be online but will not receive updates during the downtime.
• ServiceMobility will be online but information exchange to ServiceScheduling (for customers utilizing Broker integration) and ServicePortal will temporarily be impacted during the downtime.
• ServiceDispatch will be online, but integrations through ServiceBroker will be unavailable.
• ServiceClaims will be online, but integrations through ServiceBroker will be unavailable.
• ServiceOrder will experience interruptions.
• SSO login of ServiceManager/WebGantt may fail.

This scheduled maintenance affected: ServicePortal-EU (ServicePortal-EU - Application Services), ServiceOrder-EU (ServiceOrder-EU - Application Services), ServiceMobility-EU (ServiceMobility-EU - Broker Service), ServiceDispatch-EU (Dispatch-EU - BrokerSVC), and ServiceScheduling-EU (Sched-EU - BrokerSVC).
