Dear Valued Customer,
We have an important update concerning this maintenance on the US Contractor Reimbursement (previously known as ServiceClaims) instance. This will take place on March 12th, 2025, from 2:30 AM to 3:30 AM UTC.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the outbound IP address for the Contractor Reimbursement instance will change from 204.75.15.157 back to the previous IP address, 64.64.223.163. If your organization currently allows calls from ServicePower's Contractor Reimbursement instance, it is essential to ensure that the new IP address (64.64.223.163) is added to your allowlist.
ServicePower strongly recommends that instances connecting to Contractor Reimbursement (via FTP, SFTP, and Telnet) utilize DNS/FQDN (claimworks.servicepower.com). This approach will help you avoid the need to update the hardcoded IP address in this case, and for future maintenance events where this may be needed.
Change Impact Recommendations Before March 11th/12th: Please ensure that the Contractor Reimbursement instance IP address 64.64.223.163 is on the allowlist or utilize DNS/FQDN. Failure to allowlist the IP address or to leverage DNS/FQDN by March 12th, 2025, may lead to disruptions in any API calls made by Contractor Reimbursement to your integration(s).
During this maintenance window, the components listed below will be inaccessible or may not load as expected.
